Breakthru Church is a very active church and there is always lots going on! That is just the way we like it too. The Bible says;

 

“How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity!” Psalm 133:1 (NIV)

 

We have certainly found that to be the case here at Breakthru, and our times together have always proved to be very uplifting, where new friendships can be made or old ones reinforced.

 

We have a range of activities to cater for different ages and different interests, but all of our activities are designed to meet a two fold purpose :-

 

             I.    To strengthen the community of Christian believers who regularly attend Breakthru;

            II.    To show the love of Jesus to those outside of the church through practical outreach activities.

 

      Consequently, some of our activities are designed with Christians in mind and include aspects of Bible study, prayer, and/or worship. Other activities are designed to serve our local community, following the example of Jesus, who said;

 

“... the Son of Man (Jesus) did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Matt 20:28 (NIV)
